our staff will gladly assist you—

Engraving
Our staff will craft your ring
to fit your size perfectly.
While you wait, you can decide
on the engraving for the inside.
(Engraving is available on 2.5 mm width or wider.)
Finishing Wait
After payment, you're free to step out.
Each ring takes about 15 minutes,
so it will be ready in no time.
Enjoy exploring Asakusa,
and please return between the finish time
and the final pickup time.
Pickup
Pick up your finished ring
and check the size and finish.
Minor adjustments can also be made
at this time if needed.
A mini photo spot is available,
so feel free to take photos
before you leave.

Surface Finish
Choose from two finishes:
Glossy or matte, as you prefer.
Pink Silver is available in Glossy only.

Rings purchased at our shop come with
lifetime aftercare service.
No receipt or reservation is required.
Feel free to stop by anytime when you're in Asakusa.
Resizing
Available for texture rings only.
Size adjustments of
±1–2 sizes are possible.
Repolishing
Available for all rings.
You can use this service anytime.
Notes
• We do not offer service by mail.
• Resizing is not available except for texture rings.
• Resizing may harden the metal and cause cracking,
so it is limited to about two times.
• Resizing may take some time.
