Yes, if seats are available, you may join our ring-making workshop without a reservation.

However, during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons, we may be unable to accommodate walk-in guests due to limited availability. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

Order Rings do not require a reservation and are available anytime during business hours. Feel free to stop by.

Reservation slots are usually released around the end of two months prior or at the beginning of the previous month.
Announcements regarding reservation openings will be posted on Instagram, so please check our account regularly.

Please arrive about 5 minutes before your reservation time.

Workshop seats are reserved for 50 minutes from the scheduled start time.

If you arrive too early, we may not be able to seat you immediately as previous guests may still be using the workshop area.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the workshop time may need to be shortened due to time limitations.

Please make sure to arrive on time for your reservation.

Sakura Pink Silver is limited to the first 10 groups per day and cannot be reserved in advance.

Our ring-making workshop is available for everyone, from 1 guest to groups of 10 or more, regardless of gender, nationality, or group size.

Guests visiting from overseas can make reservations through our official website or Klook.

The difficulty may vary depending on the design, but our workshop is suitable for children from 4th grade elementary school age and above, so there are no overly difficult steps.

Even first-time guests can enjoy making their rings with ease.

We also offer designs that are especially easy to make for guests who are not confident with crafts, so please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations.

It is also possible to purchase pair rings by yourself.

Many guests purchase them as gifts or for special occasions.

As each ring is made to fit the wearer’s size, please make sure to confirm your partner’s ring size before visiting.

Please note that strollers and other wheeled items are not allowed inside the workshop area.

For safety reasons, guests with children under 10 years old are not permitted to join the workshop experience.

If you visit with young children, your reservation may need to be changed from the workshop experience to an order ring service.

Our ring-making workshop is held indoors, so you can comfortably enjoy the experience even on rainy days or in bad weather.

After choosing your design, an order ring takes about 15 minutes per ring to complete.

While waiting, feel free to enjoy sightseeing or dining in Asakusa.

If you booked through our official website, your reservation is confirmed once the reservation completion page is displayed.

Its soft cherry blossom color is popular with both men and women.
This material is limited to the first 10 groups per day.

Silver may turn black due to sulfur found in hot springs.

Depending on the material, rings may also discolor from hot spring minerals, sweat, or humidity.

There is no dress code for the workshop.

Guests wearing western clothing will be provided with an apron, and guests wearing kimono will be provided with a protective smock.

Please note that clothing with wide sleeves or light colors such as white may get dirty during the workshop.

We do not offer gift wrapping services.

However, we do sell pouches and ring boxes that are perfect for gifts.

We have staff who can assist in English.

Even when multilingual staff are unavailable, we provide guidance booklets in English, Chinese, and Korean, so you can join the experience with confidence.

Sakura Pink Silver is a rare material with a soft pink color inspired by cherry blossoms, available for the first 10 groups per day only.

Unlike regular silver, it has a gentle tone that blends naturally with the skin and is not commonly available at other stores.

Gift purchases are also available.

As we make each ring to fit the customer’s size, please make sure to confirm the recipient’s ring size before visiting.

If the size is unknown, we recommend purchasing a necklace chain or pendant instead.

It is possible for one person to make two or more rings during the workshop.

Please note that creating multiple rings will require more time than the standard ring-making experience.

Children from 4th grade elementary school age and above are welcome to join our ring-making workshop.

As we use fire and professional tools during the experience, children under 4th grade elementary school age are not permitted to join the workshop or enter the workshop area.

For safety reasons, children in 4th–6th grade elementary school must participate together with a parent or guardian.

We offer free resizing for rings purchased at our store.
Adjustments of approximately ±1–2 sizes are possible.

No reservation or receipt is required for after-sales service.
Please bring your ring and visit our store.

Our materials (brass, Silver 925, Sakura Pink Silver) do not rust, but may show similar reactions.

These materials naturally change over time (dulling or slight color change).
This is not rust, but a reaction with air and skin oils that gradually alters the color.
