Regarding December reservations
Every year, the Christmas and year-end season is extremely busy, and we receive many reservations from our customers.
Therefore, with the launch of our Christmas Plan, we will be opening limited early reservations for the year-end period, which is expected to be particularly crowded.
Please check the calendar below for available dates.

Production Style
Order Ring
An order-made ring, crafted on the spot by our staff to perfectly fit your size.
Workshop
A hands-on ring-making experience where you can create your own ring.
On December 24 and 25, the workshop will be limited to couples and pairs only.
・You can choose from Silver925, Pink Silver, or K18 as your material.
・No reservation is required — you can visit us directly on the day.
Please note that we do not accept advance reservations.
・Production time: about 15 minutes for a single ring, or about 30 minutes for a pair.
During the Christmas season, it may take up to about 1 hour for a pair due to high demand.
・While your rings are being finished, you are free to explore and enjoy the streets of Asakusa.
・You can choose from Silver925 or Pink Silver as your material.
・Reservations are highly recommended, but we can accommodate walk-ins if seats are available on the day.
Please note that Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are expected to be very busy.
Those without reservations may not be able to join, so we strongly recommend booking in advance.
・Workshop duration: approximately 40 minutes
Seat usage time is 50 minutes from your reserved start time.
・The process is simple, so even those who are not confident in crafting can enjoy it with ease.
You can pick up your rings anytime between the completion time and closing time,
so please take your time and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere in Asakusa 🎄✨
In a short amount of time, you can create lasting memories and photos of your ring-making experience —

Cancellation Policy
Regardless of the booking site, cancellations can be made up until midnight the day before the experience date.
If you have made a reservation through Jalan or Asoview, please cancel it yourself through each site.
Customers who make reservations through the official website cannot cancel their reservations themselves.
In that case, the store will accept your cancellation.
Please be sure to include the name of the person making the reservation and the date and time of the reservation.
Please contact us by email or Instagram DM to inform us of your wish to cancel.
*If you cancel by the above date and time, there will be no cancellation fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late on the day of your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation.
A cancellation fee of 100% (plan fee) will be charged.
If you are going to be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as a train delay, please be sure to contact us.

⏰ About Your Arrival Time

Please arrive by 5 minutes before your reserved time.

Upon arrival, please go to the “Workshop Reception” at the back of the 1st floor and let us know your name and reservation time.

We are unable to seat guests more than 10 minutes before their reserved time due to space limitations.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation (100% cancellation fee applies).
💍About the Workshop Duration

All guests are allotted 40 minutes for the workshop (seat usage time is 50 minutes from the reserved start time).

Depending on your arrival time and how long it takes to decide on your design, your crafting time may be shortened.

If the production takes longer than expected, we may ask you to temporarily step out of the store while our staff completes the finishing process.
