Booking date and time errors have become more frequent. As Christmas is a busy period with limited seating, we cannot accept same-day changes to your booking date or time. Please check these details when booking and before your visit.

【Christmas Week Plan】 Dates: 12/19–27 (excluding 12/24 & 25) Guests: 2 or more ※Bookings for 1 guest are not accepted.
【Regular Standard Plan】 Dates: 12/21, 22 & 23 only Bookings open in early December.
※On all other dates during this period, only the applicable Christmas plan is available. Our regular Standard and Pair Plans are available outside the Christmas period.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking time.

Give your name and booking time at the “Workshop Reception” on the 1st floor.
※Due to limited seating, we cannot admit you 10 minutes early. ※Arrivals 10 or more minutes late will be treated as cancellations (100% cancellation fee).
💍 Workshop Duration

All guests have 40 minutes to craft their rings. (Seats are reserved for 50 minutes from your booking time.)

Arriving late or taking longer to choose your design may reduce your crafting time.

If crafting takes longer than scheduled, we may ask you to step out while our staff finish your rings.
