Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

Arrivals over 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
Children & Companions

For safety, children under 4th grade and pets are not allowed in the workshop area.

Children in 4th grade or above may join with a guardian aged 16 or older. The guardian must also participate.

Non-participating companions will be charged the plan’s minimum fee.
Food, Drinks & Belongings

No outside food or alcohol. Please do not visit after drinking.

Only capped drinks are allowed. Please do not drink during the workshop.

We cannot store large bags that do not fit in a locker, including suitcases and backpacks. Please use a coin locker or luggage storage service before visiting.
Clothing & Safety

Fire and machinery are used during the workshop. Guests with long hair should take extra care.

Protective aprons are available for guests wearing kimono. Please contact us in advance.
