You can book the ring-making experience through our website, Jalan, or Asoview.

Including the experience and finishing time, your ring will be completed in approximately 40 minutes.

Your seat is available for 50 minutes from the start time of your reservation.

Guests with long hair are asked to tie it back during the workshop for safety.Please remember to bring a hair tie.

Other than that, you do not need to bring anything special.All tools are provided in the store.

※ Large luggage such as suitcases, Boston bags, and backpacks cannot be brought inside.Please use a nearby Sagawa delivery counter or coin locker in advance.

Due to limited seating, we generally do not allow visitors who are accompanying only and not participating in the experience.

If you must accompany someone without participating, a seat fee of ¥4,500 will be charged.

For safety reasons, young children (under 10 years old) are not permitted to participate in the experience or enter the experience area, even as accompanying guests.

Children aged 10 and above may participate. However, if an elementary school–aged child takes part, a parent or guardian must accompany them and also make a reservation for the experience.

Yes, it is possible.

We offer kappōgi (protective aprons) for guests wearing kimono, but please note that the quantity is limited.

In addition, if you are wearing a rental kimono, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

■ Cancellation Policy• Cancellations are accepted until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the day before your reservation.(Cancellation fee: 0%)

• For reservations made via Jalan or Asoview, please cancel directly through the respective booking site.

• For reservations made through our official website, please contact us by email or Instagram DM with your name, reservation date/time, and request to cancel before the deadline above.

⚠️ Cancellations cannot be accepted after the above deadline.(Cancellation fee: 100%)

■ Changing the Date During the Non-Cancellable PeriodAlthough cancellations cannot be made after the day before your reservation, date changes are possible.

• You may reschedule within one month of the original reservation date.

• For Jalan reservations, points and coupons may only be used when rescheduling within the same month.

• No cancellation fee will be charged when changing the reservation date, so please rest assured.

Yes, you may change your reservation date and time.

For reservations made through Jalan, please cancel your booking yourself and then make a new reservation for your preferred date and time.

For reservations made through our official website or Asoview, please contact us via Instagram DM or email with the following information:

• Your name

• Original reservation date and time

• Preferred new date and time

Changes are only accepted for reservations within one month of the original date.

Yes, you can make a reservation.

Reservations made through our official website require advance payment by credit card.

If you do not have a credit card, please book through Jalan and select “pay on site.”

Reservations through Asoview also require advance payment, but in addition to credit cards, PayPay and Paidy (postpay) are also available.

Please consider using these options.

The price shown when booking the experience includes the experience fee plus the minimum ring price.

The final price will vary depending on the width and material you choose on the day.Therefore, even if you pay in advance, you may be asked to pay the difference at the store.
