●Due to seating arrangements, we cannot accommodate reservations more than 5 minutes before your reservation time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled without notice. If you cancel after  the day before, a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan fee will be charged .

●For safety reasons, we do not allow small children (under 10 years old) or pets to enter the store. Elementary school children can participate, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must also make a reservation for the experience.

● We have limited seating , so in principle we cannot accept accompanying persons alone. If you are accompanying only, you will be required to pay a seat fee (¥3,500).

●Please refrain from bringing in food or drinks, or coming to the store after having consumed alcohol . (Drinks with caps are permitted.)

●We are unable to accept large items such as suitcases. Please leave your luggage in a coin locker or similar facility beforehand.

●The production process involves the use of fire and machinery. If you have long hair, please tie it up before coming to the store. Also, if you plan to come in a kimono, we can also rent an apron, so please contact us in advance . ( Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for rental kimonos.)
