Q. How do I make a reservation?
A.
Reservations can only be made for the silver ring making experience. Order rings can only be made on the day.
Please make your reservation through [From the reservation button on the homepage]. We do not accept reservations by phone, email, or Instagram.
Q. Cancelling or changing a reservation
A.
If you cancel after the day before , a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee (plan fee x number of people) will be charged . In addition, if you do not arrive for more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be canceled without notice. In addition, if you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email.(Please write the reservation person's name, reservation date and time.)

Q. What materials are available?

Silver Color: 925 Silver

Q. About the ring material
A.
[Silver 925]
It is made of 92.5% silver.
The remaining 7.5% is alloyed,
This material is relatively unlikely to cause allergic reactions and is less likely to discolor .
(There may be individual differences depending on constitution, etc.)
→ After use, polish with a cloth. It may react with sweat, etc.
→Avoid hot springs (sulfur content) and strong chlorine-based substances.
Wear it regularly.
If you leave it for too long it can cause darkening.
【Brass】
It is easy to purchase at an affordable price,
Because it is made from copper and zinc,
It is a material that you can enjoy changing over time.
→Since it is vulnerable to sweat and water (easily oxidized), polish it after use.
→ Your fingers may turn blue (verdigris) due to oxidation.
It can be washed off with soap etc.
【Pink Silver】Metals include silver, platinum, and palladium. This is the color that blends best with the skin. As with 925 silver, it may discolor over time. We recommend regular maintenance such as polishing with silver cloth after each use.
Q. About after-sales service

As an after-sales service for customers who have used our store,
We provide the following services free of charge .
・Size adjustment (approximately ±2 sizes)
*Twisted, polygonal, double, and wire rings are not permitted.
・Repolishing
No reservations are required, so please feel free to drop by.
* We do not accept orders for products only (by mail, etc.).
Q. How to care for it at home
A.
[Silver 925]
⑴Lay a sheet of aluminum foil and pour in 1 part baking soda and 3 parts boiling water until the ring is submerged.
⑵Leave it until the hot water cools down.
3) Remove the ring, rinse it with water and then wipe it with a soft cloth.
【Brass・Pink Silver】
⑴Make a paste out of 2 parts baking soda and 1 part water .
⑵Wrap the paste around the ring and rub it with a soft cloth.
⑶ Rinse with water and wipe off all water.

Custom ring → ¥980- + optional fee
Silver ring making experience → ¥3,500- + optional fee (varies depending on plan)
Q. Important points to note when ordering rings
A.
We will create your own design according to your size.
You can choose the material, shape, pattern, and finishing method, but please note that we cannot accommodate designs that are not available in our store (full orders, etc.).
Q. About the store

"Taisho Romankan Grace..." is our only store in Asakusa .
There is sister stores of the "Taisho Romankan Cafe" in next door and "Taisho Romankan Kimono" in two stores away.

Q. What to bring and precautions for the experience
A.
[What to bring for the experience] There are no special things you need to bring. [Notes]
・For safety reasons, we do not allow small children (under 10 years old) or pets to enter the store. Children of elementary school age can try it out, but they must be accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian must also make a reservation for the trial experience.
・Due to limited seating, we do not accept requests for accompanying persons. If you are accompanied only, you will be required to pay the seat fee (¥3,500).
・Please refrain from bringing in food or drinks or coming to the store after drinking alcohol. (Drinks with caps are allowed)
・We cannot store large luggage such as carry cases. Please leave it in a coin locker etc. in advance. ・Production requires the use of fire and machinery. If you have long hair, please tie it up before coming to our store. ・If you are coming in a kimono, please contact us in advance as we also rent kappo kimonos. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for rental kimonos.
Q. About engraving

You can have 1 to 10 characters engraved on the inside.
It can be placed in rings 2.5mm or wider.
