*Baggage storage/receipt is limited to one time per service.
Article 3 Usage fees for this service
The usage fee for this service varies depending on the plan of the service used.
Our company may revise the usage fees for this service without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to check the page with the latest "usage fees" when using the service.
The usage fee must be paid at the store on the day or paid form online.
Article 4 Cancellation of reservation for this service
If a reservation for this service is made in advance and the application is canceled due to the user's responsibility, the following shall apply.

Article 5 Damage/loss of rings and equipment
If any of our equipment is damaged, lost, soiled, etc. due to the user's negligence during the time this service is provided, the user will be charged the full amount of repair costs. For items that cannot be repaired or repaired, an amount equivalent to the purchase price of a replacement item will be charged.
Article 6 Refusal of use
Our company may refuse the use of this service if the user falls under any of the following.
1. Those who are pregnant, those with high blood pressure, those with heart, spinal cord, or neck disease, those with trauma such as fractures, and those who are judged by our store staff to be unable to use this service.
2. Encourage the activities of organizations stipulated in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991; hereinafter the ``Law'') (hereinafter ``Organized Crime Groups''). , or when it is deemed to contribute to its operation.
3. When the user is one of the following:

Article 7 Responsibilities of users

When using this service, if you do not follow the notices in the store or our employees, and cause damage to other users or third parties, the user will be responsible for compensation, and the company will not be held responsible.

③The user agrees to store his/her luggage in a place where an unspecified number of people come and go, and the stored item is lost/stolen. If a user intends to use our services as a sales channel for commercial purposes, including indirect ones, please inquire by email or Instagram DM in advance. It doesn't matter how big or small it is, and a separate up-charge fee will be charged depending on the content.

If unauthorized use is determined to be for commercial purposes, any act that infringes or may infringe on our intellectual property rights such as copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use, and we will claim compensation. Article 11 Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law of these Terms is Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
