【Checklist】
●We cannot accommodate reservations 5 minutes before your reservation time due to seating arrangements. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be canceled without notice. If you cancel after 12:00 the day before, a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan fee x number of people will be charged .
●For safety reasons, we do not allow small children (under 10 years old) or pets to enter the store. Elementary school children can participate, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must also make a reservation for the experience.
●There are limited tables available, so we generally do not allow accompanying persons to accompany guests alone .
●Please refrain from bringing in food or drinks, or coming to the store after having consumed alcohol . (Drinks with caps are permitted.)
●We are unable to accept large items such as suitcases. Please leave your luggage in a coin locker or similar facility beforehand.
●The production process involves the use of fire and machinery. If you have long hair, please tie it up before coming to the store. Also, if you plan to come in a kimono, we can also rent out aprons, so please contact us in advance. (Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for rental kimonos.)
